The Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held at the OPCSA Clubrooms on Thursday 19 October at 7pm.

All members are invited to attend the AGM for the opportunity to have an input into the future direction of the club.

The agenda for the evening will be as follows:

Welcome Address.
Attendance and apologies.
Minutes of the last AGM.
Financial Report.
Election of committee members.
Future Plans for the Club.
General Business.
Close of meeting.

Nominations for all committee positions are being accepted before the AGM and need to be proposed and seconded. Nomination forms can be found on the notice board in the Oak Park Clubrooms. Nominations will also be accepted on the night of the Annual General Meeting.
